We have a total IPN engagement score of 3.3 / 5. 

Across our company, we saw some great scores. Our highest scores showed us that you know what is expected of you at work (4/5), you have the materials and equipment you need to do your work (3.8/5) and you feel safe to approach your line manager with a problem (3.8/5). 

We'll spend the next 12 months addressing some of the areas you told us you would like to see improvements in. To do this, we'll use our You Said, We Did Action Plan. This is a live document and will be updated at least quarterly. It describes the actions that will be implemented across the coming months as a result of the feedback you provided through our survey.
