Our Role Profiles provide the clarity of each role's purpose and it's contribution to our collective success

Each role has a role profile that outlines the role’s purpose, the accountabilities and the behaviour levels required.  A role profile outlines the day to day activity a role holder will do, as business as usual. There may also be some special projects or some specific activities that your particular role needs to do. You should capture these, with your line manager, as part of your goal setting. 

 

In addition to providing clarity on performance expectations, role profiles are a great tool to support colleagues with their development. Why don't you have a go at highlighting anything in your role profile (or a role profile for the position you want to do in the future) you could develop further in - both the accountabilities or the behaviours. This can act as a great conversation starter between yourself and your line manager.
