Our colleagues are what make us successful at IPN and there are often times when our colleagues demonstrate our IPN Behaviours.
Our Grow recognition awards let our colleagues know that we see and value their contribution, especially when they do some extraordinary.
What happens after you submit a nomination
- Being nominated alone will make your colleague feel awesome! The colleague will be invited to attend a GROW Award Recognition event. These take place monthly.
- The nomination will be anonymised and will be added to the shortlist of nominations to be reviewed by our judging panel.
- There will be one winner per category. The winner will be announced during the Recognition event.
