Meet Sophie...

A little bit about Sophie and what she has to say….

The great people at IPN together with IPN’s ambitious growth plans, are what attracted me most to joining our team.

I want all IPN colleagues to have the best employee experience. I am focused on ensuring we have strong capabilities in attracting, developing, and retaining the most passionate and diverse group of people to ensure we achieve our vision of becoming the nations most loved, most sustainable home of pet nutrition brands.

I have worked across a variety of industries but I am most excited by food production, having previously held roles with Nestle and most recently, Greencore. I have worked within the Human Resources (HR) function for the duration of my career. I have held multiple Business Partnering roles as a member of Leadership Teams as well as roles in specialist HR functional areas; Talent and Development, Recruitment, Transformation, M&A and Consulting.

I love spending time with colleagues across all areas of our business as I want our People strategy to be reflective of what our colleagues believe is important.

Outside of work, you will find me with my Labrador, Hugo, or with my horses, Percy and Freddie. I have also recently added two Dartmoor lambs, Devon and Delilah, to my pack. Although the animals keep me busy, I also try to squeeze in some time with my husband, Duncan!
