Meet Ross...

A little bit about Ross and what he has to say….

Having worked in banking for over 15 years I have tracked numerous successful businesses in our region.  IPN is at the top of this list, and I made the decision to join a thriving business, with great people, and a clear agenda for the future.

My background is in supporting businesses grow, both organically through continued investment, and inorganically through acquisition. IPN is a standout platform, with a unique blend of clearly defined brands alongside leading manufacturing capabilities - my role is to assess and execute opportunities to help us build on these solid foundations.

I have always worked for large corporate organisations, including HSBC and NAB Capital, in a competitive transactional role.  Moving into industry and being hands on in creating value for all stakeholders is what excites me – it also helps that the kids now understand where daddy works!  I am a true believer in not working in a vacuum and the only way that we can successfully execute our development plans is by working together to understand and support all the business’s needs.

Outside of work most of my time is taken up running around after my young children, Erin and Tom, alongside my wife, Jenny. You will likely find us either walking up a hill or on the beach with our English Bulldog, Lilly on the way to the pub.  Beyond this I am still trying to relive my youth with my mates by listening to music we are too old for – ideally by getting on a plane and sitting in front of a sunset.
