Meet Fiona...

A little bit about Fiona and what she has to say….

 

After almost 20yrs in FMCG spent entirely in leading multi-nationals, I was attracted to IPN by the growth mind set & ambition that comes with being a small & fast-growing company, the inspiring track record of the business,  and the opportunity to step into a fantastic senior leadership role that will lead the next chapter of the business.

 

In my capacity as CCO, I’m ultimately responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the digital, sales, product development, brand, marketing and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.

 

I’m focused on scaling up IPN’s sales, business development, partnerships and account management through retailers, third-party sellers and direct to consumer, across the UK. Outside of purely Commercial activities, as a Board Member, I also contribute to the overall strategic plan of IPN.

 

Prior to IPN, my career has always been in the FMCG industry, built across developed & developing markets, combining local roles with global & regional experience, and gaining a breadth of perspective from roles across strategy, sales, marketing & revenue management. My career to date has given me the chance to live and work in the UK, Spain, Belgium & the Middle East.  Throughout my career, I have always been a passionate champion of inclusion & diversity, with a particular passion for driving gender diversity.

 

Outside of work, I’m also a Mum of 2 young children (Charlotte and Benjamin), and together with my husband Martyn, we enjoy an active, adventure filled family life, and love travelling with the children as much as we can & showing them the world.
