Meet Arthur...

A little bit about Arthur and what he has to say….

I am delighted to lead the IPN team on our journey to become the Nation’s most sustainable, most loved home of pet nutrition brands. Since joining IPN, the friendliness, passion and entrepreneurial spirit of all colleagues has been quite overwhelming (in a good way!) and working together, as such a strong team to deliver our growth plans is something I am very excited about.

So... a bit about me...

I am married to Gitty and a father to three and stepfather to three more children: Merel, Finn, Derek, Rosalie, Casper, and Annebel. We live on our farm just outside Den Bosch in the Netherlands, where despite four children recently having moved out, our home remains vibrant with our three dogs, three cats, twelve chicken, and honey bees.

I enjoy my free time working our land on my John Deere tractor, playing padel, cycling and dance festivals.

I hold a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Rotterdam in my native Netherlands, and am deeply committed to the acceleration of value creation, sustainability, and developing high-performing organisations.

With a background in sales and marketing, before joining IPN I have taken on executive leadership roles for the past 22 years and lived and worked in seven different countries for major corporations such as Unilever, the Coca-Cola Company, Royal FrieslandCampina, Imperial Brands and most recently Dunlop, across the EMEA, USA, and Asia/Pacific regions.
