Meet Anthony...

A little bit about Anthony and what he has to say….

As Chief Operating Officer of IPN, I have been fortunate to have had a wide range of experiences within the company over the past 15 years.

In addition to my current accountabilities for Operational, Logistics, Procurement, and IT performance and development, I also sit on the main board and play a role in helping shape the strategic direction of the business. My primary goal is to provide outstanding customer and stakeholder service, while delivering high-quality products at competitive prices. I am deeply committed to my job and the team, and I am constantly inspired by the potential for growth and success in the future.

In order to help our team achieve its best, I focus on providing the developmental and behavioral plans necessary to drive the business forward and prepare us for the future. I believe that our successes and challenges are shared as a team, and I work to foster a strong culture of teamwork and support.

Outside of work, I am married to Lucy, our Marketing Manager for Treats and Supplementary Feeding, and we have a young son, Barney. In my free time, I enjoy following football and participating in the social aspects of cricket!  On weekends, you can often find me and my family at various activities such as rugby tots and pony riding. In the summer, Barney and I like to drag Lucy camping (and maybe indulge in a little too much eating and drinking).

PS I do have other shirts than the pink stripy one, but as a frugal Yorkshire man I like to get value for money!
